The boat is made from two sheets of 1/4 inch luann plywood, fiberglass, and epoxy. i used wood screws to hold it together and then after the epoxy dried, the screws were removed and the holes were filled with epoxy and wood flour so the boat is all wood. it takes a little longer to do it this way but i was not in a hurry..
